Here at Rootek we love coming up with great new ideas to make your working day easier!

We've been cleaning windows since 2006, and have always enjoyed coming up with fun new solutions to help us get through our work easier. 

We now are excited to release the final polished versions of a few of the things we've been using day in and day out. But we really want our customers to have the best experience with our products so we take great pains to improve and test our ideas with plenty of feedback from our product testers, and only release them when we're confident our products are as great as possible.

Developing prototypes into a final polished product is a slow and careful process so please watch this space as we're really excited about the great new ideas we have in the pipeline.

Terms and Conditions

Delivery 

We are currently only delivering to addresses in the UK.

We reserve the right to use whichever delivery method we deem the most suitable for the order.  Prices of shipping is displayed at the checkout before payment. We offer free delivery on orders over £50 (excluding shipping costs). We have a minimum order of £5 (excluding shipping costs)  We will aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days. 

Returns and Refunds

If you think the product you received is faulty or is not what you ordered please contact us and we'll respond within 24 hours.

If you've changed your mind about a purchase, you must contact us within 28 days of your order if you wish to enquire about a refund.

If you want to claim a refund because of non-delivery, please be aware that Royal Mail will will not consider an item “lost” until at least 15 working days have passed. This means that we cannot chase Royal Mail until after this period of time has elapsed, and we cannot process any refunds before we have received a reply from Royal Mail.

You will be responsible for the cost of return postage using a tracked method

Rootek-Designs reserve the right to change, without prior notice, any price or specification that appears on our website or on marketing material.

By proceeding through the checkout process you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process (i.e. paying for the order) constitutes our acceptance of your order.

Privacy

Only necessary details will be required and will be stored securely and used only by Rootek-Designs for the purpose of processing your order. We may also use the information for our own research and analysis.

We will not pass on your personal details or email address to any other party, except as is necessary to arrange postage with a courier. You will receive only relevant emails from us regarding your order.
