We are proud to announce our new 'Tuff' Brand Tubeless kit for easy, one handed connection to the base of your pole. All our products are designed to be extra 'Tuff' and deal with the challenges of everyday window cleaning such as the connector being dropped, stood on, driven over, dragged around and generally suffering wear and tear. Our products are tested in everyday conditions by window cleaners and have been in use for long term durability testing on our own window rounds.
How it works:
Similarly to other tubeless kits and many DIY solutions, it uses a variant of the popular Rectus 21 type coupler. The coupler has a protective sleeve and is pushed into the base of the pole to connect and also works as an ejector sleeve to disconnect (see our video instructions below).
This is also the first Tubeless solution that has a coupler slim enough to fit into section 1 of a Gardiner pole, and therefore there is no need to use a spacer/collar to extend the length of your pole.

Available as a Full Kit, or you can buy just the Pole Kit (to add an extra pole to your setup), or you can buy just the Coupler Kit for the hose reel side of things.
Also, we now have an extension for use when temporarily adding pole extensions to your pole. This is sometimes needed as the extensions can increase the length enough to make connection difficult.
Make sure you select the correct gooseneck type in the purchase option *
- Fixed Type = The new Gardiner 'water through' gooseneck with push fit or the Gardiner gooseneck valve.
- Free Type = The old style gooseneck where the tube is pushed freely through the shaft of the gooseneck
*The gooseneck type selected makes no difference when choosing 'Pole Kit Only' or 'Extension for Tuff Tubeless'
This kit will work with any Gardiner telescopic pole (except the Ultimate pole). Kits for other brand poles are in the pipeline but not fully tested yet.
The coupler is designed for 5mm ID x 8mm OD pole hose which is standard with all Gardiner pole hose except their "Reinforced Flexible Pole Hose" which is 9mm OD and not suitable for the coupler.
The tube supplied for inside the pole is hot water orange PU tube. Please use this rather than your own pole hose.
This only replaces your tube from the brush head 'T' splitter to the Tubeless coupler at the base of the pole. From the base of the pole to the main reel hose, you use your existing pole hose. There are options for joining your pole hose to the reel hose such as our Tuff Connect, but this connection is not included in the tubeless kit.
