Tuff Tubeless complete kit for easy, one handed connection to the base of your pole.

All our products are designed to be extra 'Tuff' and deal with the challenges of everyday window cleaning such as the connector being dropped, stood on, driven over, dragged around and generally suffering wear and tear. Our products are tested in everyday conditions by window cleaners and have been in use for long term durability testing on our own window rounds.

How it works:

Similarly to other tubeless kits and many DIY solutions, it uses a variant of the popular Rectus 21 type coupler. The coupler has a protective sleeve and is pushed into the base of the pole to connect and also works as an ejector sleeve to disconnect.

Coupler is protected inside the pole, reducing wear and tear even further.
Professional Coupler with compression fitting.
Bend protector to prevent the damage common to the tube at the base of the pole.
No need for a spacer! -Keep your pole length compact.
Compatible with Univalve.
Hard wearing base cap replacement with a large apeture to allow the coupler to fit through. Triple prongs further protect the tube at the bend.

Available as a Full Kit, or you can buy just the Pole Kit (to add an extra pole to your setup), or you can buy just the Coupler Kit for the hose reel side of things.

IMPORTANT

The kit uses your existing pole hose but is only suitable for 5mm ID x 8mm OD pole hose which is standard with most pole hose.

IMPORTANT FOR UNIVALVE USERS

If you have soft, stretchy pole hole, this could be a problem if you are intending to use a Univalve as it can lead to accidental disconnection while the pole is collapsed.

We can supply a 2M length of semi-rigid LLDPE tube as an optional extra (not included in the kits) that replaces the hose inside the pole from brush head to basecap and improves the function for Univalve users.

Add to the basket along with the kit to combine postage cost.

Basecaps:

You will need to remove your existing basecap and replace it with the one in the kit. The original basecaps can be tight, so submerge it in hot water to soften it before removing it.

The replacements have been designed to work with the coupler spring to protect your pole hose and have plenty of space for the tubeless coupler to fit through.

Options for connection at the end of the pole hose.

There are options for joining your pole hose to the reel hose such as our Tuff Connect, but this connection is not included in the tubeless kit.
